We had a great week! We great classes, a fun day camp with our friends from The Goddard School, and we finished with an awesome Class in the Grass! Here are some highlights in case you missed it!
This week we are open all week except for the 4th. If you are in town we hope to see you all week. Good Afternoon
Thank you so much for a great training week. I had the opportunity to travel to Tuscaloosa to train with Tiger Rock’s best and I am excited to bring back what I have learned. I wanted to give a huge thank you to our staff for leading great classes when I was gone!
We are very excited for a great week of class topped off with a Kama’s class lead by Mr Conor O’Briant. The class is $30 and includes the weapon. If you already have a set of Kama’s!
We are OPEN this weekend! Regular class held on Friday and Saturday but we will be closed on Monday for the holiday
Summer is almost here and so is our summer gear. Pick up an order form at the front counter today!

We had a great week on the mat topped with an Awesome XP class lead by Mr Noone! The weather is great outside and we are all getting excited for summer but lets keep this cycle going strong. We have a lot of fun practical self-defense drills that we are focused on this week.

What a great week getting into the Tactical Cycle! We had a great week of classes and thanks to those that came out Saturday to the YMCA for Healthy Kids Day!
This Friday we are hosting a Free Design Forms and Tumbling Class! Mr Noone has been working hard to put together this class for beginners and advanced students. Come out to learn what Tiger Rock’s XP class is about, learn how to put together a form, and learn some tumbling techniques. This class is FREE and open for all Juniors, Youth, and Adults. See you on the mat!

If you are looking for a fundraiser for a group, church, team, or school let us know. We can run a promotion where anyone that signs up on our starter course we will give your group 100% of the $29. We can also print fliers, come do a presentation, or do a free class for the group. If you are interested let us know.
